Shipments and returns
At this time, delivery is only available at the SMU store located on campus. It is free, which means there is no charge but some products may cost more and you will be notified about it.
To receive your products, there is a simple process: choose the product you want to purchase, add it to the cart, then place the order.
Customer service will then receive your order and prepare it for you.
You can send the product back if something goes wrong, but if it appears that you are responsible for the damage to the package, the product cannot be returned to the store.
